    When I received the gateway TA7 E-295 Convertible Tablet PC I noticed the packaging seems to be crushed on one side during shipping and the computer was showing an issue where the display backlight was faulty due to fedex, doing a poor job with shipping. However the product worked better than described otherwise, and the value was perfect for the age of the computer. I will be shopping with this company again.

    Good deal. Unit arrived exactly as specified. Great value for Price. Packaging was adequate, but, could have been better. the unit was placed at the bottom of box and brown paper was placed around so unit did not move. I would have like for the unit to be placed in the center of the box but it arrived as per description. Shipping arrived in good order. No complaints, Thanks.

This was very important as the shipping carrier mishandled the package (image attached). If not for the great care in packing the Surface, it would definitely have been damaged during shipping.
