  not as described, accepted sellers discount but I didn’t receive. Escalated complaint with eBay and received full refund and coat. I refused sellers request to change reason as this would not reflect my true buying experience and not in line with eBay rules. Seller falsely accused me of selling coat back on eBay, not true. Following my disappointing buying experience with this seller I purchased a similar coat that’s unfortunately a bit tight. Relisted as entitled to do so.
