    Quick delivery and great value and appearance. Intermittent fault keyboard failed to work sometimes so contacted seller and tried their suggestions to fix however intermittent fault persisted. Intermittent faults can be very difficult to narrow down a cause for them. A replacement or a refund was needed, seller chose to refund. Great customer relations and I would order from them again.

Item was well packeged i was a bit aprehensive as item was described as used but fair condition so i expected a few scratches or discolouration however, when i took it out it looks like a brand new phone so very pleased wirh it .
