  Had it for a few days. Works well as expected. Grade quality is as described. Good price. So far very pleased with the product and judging from the care with postage and delivery, I suspect the after-sales customer service will be excellent too.

  First watch arrived on time , but they trying to scam me , and send lover grade and lover model than described. Returned item , and have confirmation as they received watch and already sent new one , unfortunately no item after 3 weeks , no money return , no message reply . Not recommended

  We always aim to provide our customers with the highest possible customer service and resolve any issues promptly. The original watch received by the buyer we understand was a lower grade and lower model sent by mistake and we acknowledged and apologised to buyer and a correct grade watch was posted as replacement and delivered to buyer, we did not issued a refund because we sent a replacement but the buyer still left negative feedback, very disappointed😔.

  Fast delivery, watch condition as described. What was not clearly described was no original box included, original charger and watch strap was not included but a cheaper alternative ones, which should have been mentioned.

We really do not understand what the buyer means by their statement because the listing description clearly mentions what is included in the sale and logically if something is not mention then it is obvious that item is not included, if there a box included then we definitely mentioned it but the listing is for watch and charger only.
