I appreciated the sellers auction pictures and description. Very well done. There were many of these items to choose from on eBay, but, I chose the seller because of his professional presentation of the item. Seller also provided batteries so I could immediately start using it upon receipt. Seller accepted best offer. Seller took great care in packing even attaching a breakable - fragile label on the outside of the package. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend the seller.

I paid for the item on 2/19, on 2/23 I asked for the tracking #, she replied that she couldn’t find a box big enough for shipping and had to take package to UPS to get a tracking #. On 2/25 I asked again for tracking #, and on 2/26 she said the package went thru USPS and she sent me a picture of label (that I had to blow up to get the tracking #) so if you look at the pictures attached, the listing said it was shipped 2/22! And the package arrived 3/2! WOW!! Seller really can’t fix a lie!!!!

I apologize for the delay in shipping your item. I clearly communicated that its size would cause a delay. The porcelain was well packaged for protection, but unfortunately, it didn't arrive as quickly as you'd hoped. I did my best with communication through the whole process, but postal services are beyond my control.
