Contacted the supplier and received an apology straight away, contacted me after looking into it and offered me a full refund or they could send another item out to me.     The item listed is not the item you receive. The seller does not carry and according to correspondence, has never carried the part pictured in the images on the listing, no buyer protection, no refund offered. You get a combination wrench, but it has a lot different dimensions. Had to wait over 7 days to post feedback, seller still hasn’t changed the images to the actual item. There’s an opportunity to improve here.

    Listed as being for diesel which requires a much finer filter than for water. What they sent does not correspond with the picture and the filter mesh size is circa 500microns which is standard for a water filter. They have responded saying this is the only one they sell which they charge a premium for over other sellers who give a true description of their water filters which also look exactly like the one they sent to me. It will be going back for a full refund as it is not as described!
