  Prior to delivery, the service was great. The seller contacted me to see if I wanted the new album adding to the poster, etc. On taking receipt of the item, I have to say I'm disappointed. The poster comes delivered, but not within the frame. The frame feels very cheap and I will be replacing it. The poster, didn't fit in the frame meaning that we needed to cut a small part of the poster to make it fit. The poster, although expensive for what it is, is ok. I wouldn't bother with the frame.

  Ordered framed print. Delivered promptly. I did have a problem that the print was damaged on receipt due to poor packing but this was very quickly responded to with a new print sent out. Minor downside was having to fit the print in thees frame provided - mentioned to supplier who accepted the point so it may have changed now?
