  Never received letters even though tracking said it was shipped. But seller helped to accommodate and get me a copy of the letters! Appreciate the help and understanding. Our mailing system doesn't always work the best and it is not the seller's fault for post office mistakes. Thank you again for the letters for the 2 kids, under 3, they will love them! Mahalo
