Great communication, overall fantastic however one flaw I'm a card collector, you should invest in top loaders instead of mailing the card in just an envelope versus writing "Do not bend" on the envelope. Happier customers, better sales. Overall it's a critique because I want you to sell more cards. Top loaders needed!
