  To all Ebay byers: If you have a chance to prchase from Prioluce, don't hesitate to take it. This company offers the best communication and follow-up I have ever experienced on Ebay. They take extreme care with packaging and carry items that are well worth their price/value. They assisted me when I thought my package was lost and helped me through a customs hold-up that delayed the item from arriving for a month (not their fault, but they followed-up until the package arrived). Good people!

  Very good packaging, everything came as detailed by seller, the price was very good, bought a tiffany ballpoint, the original cartridge still has plenty of ink, and they added another one for free! Only issue was the delivery time, because my country (Mexico) took a long time figuring out the tariffs for the new regulations in 2025 , but as soon as the duties were cleared, the package arrived the next day! So it took 2-3 weeks total

I often get asked this question by other customers in Mexico, but I've heard that customs duties and IVA are high.
