Wanted to take a moment and address eBay Feedback. I have received a handful of neutral feedbacks in the past month. I ask that you take a moment and read them. As a seller there is essentially no recourse when you get popped unfairly. I hope folks take time to read and not look at a number as some of the comments make ones head hurt. I go out of my way to properly described and securely ship all of my items. I certainly address any concerns when brought to my attention; I cannot fix something if I do not know it is broke. Just gets a little frustrating.

Seller mistakenly sent item other than pictured & described. Communication was excellent as seller then offered to ship advertised item, but, issued refund instead. I didn't understand why the replacement item was not shipped as I obviously wanted it. Would I buy from this seller again? Definitely yes as shipping the wrong item could have been an honest mistake and seller was quick to correct error. I felt the seller was very accommodating so I rated the merch a 5 even though it was wrong.
