The item looked brand new. This is a great item, the prints very vivid, colorful prints, and they look great on the shirts. As far as communication, they are great with helping you with anything you need. The engineers are in China, so you have to wait more towards the evenings to talk to them. They helped me easily set up my printer and change some settings. Loving!

They helped me set up a teams account for after sales service. We have been using printer in our retail t-shirt business all week in a tourist area, so it have been running amazing. You do have to keep up maintenance everyday, but it is pretty simple. The cost for the printer is very reasonable for the quality you get from it.
