No indication as to what the problem was- poor labeling, package damage, wrongly sorted? Item received was as described and in good condition. Fair price.

  Kudos to the seller for the fabulous description--every necessary detail was listed, so it was easy to make my purchase decision. Fabulous photos. Pomptly shipped--packaging was impressive--double boxed with lots of bubble wrap and newspaper to separate and cushion the individual casters. Wheels turn as easily as the day they were manufactured. By far my best eBay buying experience--EVER. If it was possible to give more stars on "seller communication" and "item description" I would.

  The item selected turned out not to be as described, but my communication with seller was very good and offered return. Admittedly, the pics of item and its condition were hard to see. Seller sent return tracking label and refund was quick/guarantee once item delivery of return was confirmed. I still would do business with seller, maybe on different item.

  The six black glass Victorian buttons arrived today. Earlier than I expected! All six buttons were inside of a clear plastic sleeve wrapped inside paper wrapping and then rigid cardboard all around them to protect during shipping placed inside of a padded envelope! The buttons were as described . But! They were actually even better in person! Really stunning!! The overall value for the purchase was great! I would definitely purchase from the seller again in the future.

  Beautifully packed and very promptly sent by the vendor - after which the package disappeared into the transport system for several weeks before an unbelievable variety of information relating to its status ensued - but at last the excellent contents are in my hands after some despair that they might never arrive. Well done the vendor, DHL International and Parcel Force, time to up your game! Postage costs are excessive, but they are what they are.
