  We were surprised that we thought it was the motor, and recieved a emailstateing the unit was fine, They only charged us for the short time they had to pull our Mighty mule motor apart and shipping which we felt was fair.   Sadly, my insurance only pays for 6 INR strips for 2 months, so I am always searching high and low for additional INR strips! QualComSol was great to work with.
