Quick turn around and shipping. The pack is functional and I'm happy to have it. I feel the description could've been better. All the elastic is pretty blown out which wasn't disclosed but it was somewhat evident from the photos. The pack did have undisclosed additional damage to the netting that the photos didn't show, and the staging photos seemed to hide. Unsure if intentional or not. Could be an honest mistake as it's not in a terribly obvious place. For the price though I'm not too worried

LEGO ARCHITECTURE: London (21034) Pieces shipped in a used plastic shopping bag loosely tied at the handles. Upon opening the box pieces were loose inside. LEGO provided the instructions which were not included and began to reassemble the pieces. After assembling disassembling and repeat x 3 it came up short. Contacted seller who suggested I return it to them to let them have a go. Contacted LEGO again and they provided the missing pieces. Seller was of no help whatsoever. Do not recommend.

The Lego set was 100% complete to my knowledge when it was shipped out. I apologized to the buyer and offered a free return label, and a full refund once the item was returned. However the buyer wanted a full refund and to keep the item at the same time. The buyer retaliated with negative feedback when they didn't get their way.
