    First, they were too lazy to get an actual pic of the item. The color was different than the description and stock photo they used, which I was ok with. Then, it took 5 days if them sending me messages before they actually shipped it. They asked for my VIN. Then ssid it was a different color. Then they said someone had to go pull the part. Then they sent me the one I paid for and someone else's console. They ironically asked me to send pics of the wrong console. Avoid this seller at all cost

    The product was exactly as described. The seller did verify if the product would fit before processing the sale by requesting the vin. I liked that to make sure of no returns. Wasn't a fan of the shipping cost but I get it. Overall, was happy with the purchase and now I can wear a seatbelt again in my wife's car as a passenger lol.

    I ordered a driver’s side seat belt for a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Seller shipped a steering wheel airbag. I contacted the seller to inform them, and seller requested I send pic of the incorrect part, which I did. They said the pics didn’t come through and requested I resend, which I did. Same response from seller, which makes me think I’m dealing with a bot. I am requesting a refund for this transaction as attempts to resolve this are fruitless.
