About us

All items for sale can be combined to save on shipping. Each item will be charged a minimal additional shipping charge as the size and weight of the box would increase and we would need to use a bigger box and thus shipping would cost more as we go up in the number of items purchased. Bettas are an additional $0.50 per fish and Guppies are an additional $0.25 per fish additional in shipping for an example. We calculate shipping based on the total number of fish, not different varieties purchased.

    I originally received the wrong species of fish but the seller sent out the actual species I ordered very quickly. both species are natives which is what I wanted so im not too upset. Both packages arrived in great shape only one DOA on the second shipment but the heterandria seemed to have 2 fry during transit. Will definitely be ordering from quinns fish again.

    Easy transaction. The fish arrived on time and seemed to be pack well. Within a couple min. of arrival, I opened the box and saw one of the guppies on it's side. The other 4 fish seemed to be ok but didn't appear to be the quality of the fish advertised. I floated the bag for 15 minutes and released them into my quarantine tank. The one fish died sometime during the night. I contacted the seller and will be getting a refund for THAT fish. Subsequently another fish has died.
