  Item appears to have been purchased from Amazon, after I ordered it(& my payment cleared)from this seller, on ebay. I could've done that myself,&saved $10, but I wanted to purchase from a US-based seller(a feature in their listing). I ordered on a Thurs evening, then received no updates until early Wed morning, when seller sent a message, saying my order was being processed,&would be shipped soon. Item arrived Fri afternoon,in Amazon packaging. This whole experience was very strange & stressful.

  I am sad to say that I did not receive the shower head due to FEDEX made delivery at the WRONG Address again. They have done this to me many times. I have lost a lot of my purchases because of them.

  I ordered from this seller because the listing promised to dispatch within 3 days of receiving payment. However they did not dispatch for 2 whole weeks! And so the order took 23 days to arrive! Arriving on the very last possible day it could. I was very disappointed and was also left worried by them not replying to me for 8 days too. They had marked the order as shipped but no tracking number which didn't make sense, and then they sadly only actually dispatched the item 2 weeks after I ordered!
