  Very disappointed as the item is advertised as PLEXADERM under eye treatment; product I received was not PLEXADERM. The brand name on the box was unfamiliar. I contacted seller to return item and requested full refund. Seller responded with offer to credit a partial amount and I could keep product. I was not going to use a product that I had no background info on, so was not interested in their offer. I requested EBAY to step in and they refund my full amount.

  Dear eBay customers, This company sells expired products and I know that, but when I tried to return it, they gave me the address in Chinese and I was so shocked that I threw it in the trash. In short, they are people who cannot communicate. Do not do business with them.
