This was delivered exactly as described. Shipping was high for a short distance (from NJ to NY), but near instantaneous; I got the tracking right away, and the item just a couple days after ordering. It was packed very securely. Seller sent me a note with the computer's password the day it was shipped. Highly recommend.

Fast shipping, well packed. As described, but would have appreciated a better written description of the damage instead of just "see pics" because the black case tends to not show up well in pictures. Screen was not touch even though the title said "touchscreen", but no T14s w/4K has touch and I knew that before buying.
