  Seller misrepresented the item that was sold to me. He sent me 1981 Fleer wax packs instead of 1982 Fleer wax packs. He even advertised that it was possible Ripken's RC, which was false. The value of the cards he shipped were less than what was represented. I contacted seller and told him I would like to keep what he shipped me and requested a partial refund. He refused so in the end I over paid for an item that was misrepresented by this seller The packaging he shipped it in was A+ though
