  Tracking was confusing and said it had been delivered to a newspaper distributor in Lancs and was awaiting collection. However, it arrived within the stated time scale and after cleaning off the remaining glue residue from the original Fiesta installation (which wasn't visible on the photo), it was a perfect fit for the driver's door of my Fusion. Sensibly packed, rapid despatch, work perfectly, excellent service and good value.

  I purchased this item to replace the item I accidentally threw away, as I didn't realise that the replacement seat I bought didn't have one. The postage was terrific, as well as the packaging, and it was well packaged and safe, the item was as described, and it was an excellent value for money compared to a brand new one, and it does the job it was made for.

  Shipping and packaging were fine – that's the only reason for the neutral review. However, the item was damaged because it came from a damaged car, which wasn't mentioned in the auction description. Communication was poor. Always ask for more information and photos of the item you're buying to avoid such situations. I don't recommend this seller.
