    Shipped in under a day, took about a week to get to LA which the macbook came right in time in a very secure air bubble package inside the cardboard box, everything was described except for very minor cosmetics that were not mentioned or seen clearly and battery was in a little bad state than expected, but we agreed upon a partial refund and they respond super quick in a timely manner.
