Bought 6 magazines. After placing order he informed me that he was missing 2 of the 6 items. I asked for 2 replacements. After several back and forth emails we finally came to an agreement on the 2 missing items. Then a month later I had to send him an email because I still had not received the items. He apologized because his soulmate died and his head wasn't in the game. Then he offered a partial refund which he never provided. When I received the magazines a couple of them were missing pages.
