    The photos showed a 2” long broken piece of the lower plastic (and the piece was still retained), however after receiving the unit there was also a 8” piece broken from the lower right side and a 2” broken piece from the upper right side (these pieces were not shown in the original photos and were not in the package). I could have easily glued the missing piece back, but the other two pieces are gone. Very poor packaging for shipping resulted in excessive and irreparable damage to the unit.

    Seller had fair price on these fireplace tools. Shipping g time was very good. However seller did not mention scratches and missing paint. Shipping box on arrival was marked scratches. Thought tool set wound be a little heavier duty but that’s on me for not researching it.

    The chipped paint and scratches were literally the very first line of the description, it was also written on the box and put in the listing photos as a close up of just those words. You obviously neither read the listing nor looked at the photos.
