The items arrived well packaged and within a week. Both items were accurately described. They had some very small scratches which you would expect. Both in excellent working order. Items come with a guarantee, which they will honour without quibbling. You can’t fault the customer service. They are very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend

The doorbell was well priced and had previously been opened as the seal was broken. Everything was still inside the box. However I had to return it as it has to be hardwired and I wanted a battery only one. Sent back awaiting refund. Good seller would use again
