    Seller was friendly and courteous. Seller said the board was tested and functional but it didn’t post or show any signs of life upon arrival, this may have been because it wasn’t shipped in an anti static bag, because when I opened it it was in a staticky plastic bag. I communicated with the seller about the issue, and they offered to ship another board. I started the return process, but then they just refunded and ghosted me. I’m sending the board back, but I can’t get a replacement from them.
