    Not sure how to review this purchase. The laptop came quickly, all the way from Australia to Canada. However, the trackpad was not working on it. I contacted the seller, who told me to update the drivers which I did. It still did not work and when I told the seller I wished to return it, I was offered a 50% refund to keep it. When I said I still wanted to return it, I got all my money refunded. No return instructions were ever received and eBay considered the transaction was complete.
