Condition was as described and the appearance matches the pictures, though the paint is very easily scratched. You won't care about that once it's in the rack. Excellent value for the money.

    They shipped their items from places different from what's listed in the ad and when you question them after you place the order about this they really don't care about it so when your shipping time is supposed to be three days, it could be seven days just be cautious... They paid me $5 to leave them a positive review....
