  I’m not sure what to make of this seller…I’ll let you decide. Communication was good, though a little persnickety. They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day. I’m still waiting for the catch….

  Ordered 4 rims for case 1840 skidster. Great price,fast shipping and looks like great rims...but my skidster has 6 bolt rims and they sent 8 bolt. So I double checked by part number in my parts book and it was same as advertised on description. Picture is 8 bolt but so many times it's a representative image and not exact product used. Contacted seller and they were very helpful and kind. Started return process,got shipping labels emailed to me, boxed and returned them.Received full refund thanks

  First of all I just want to thank reliable aftermarket parts for everything. These guys have great customer service the other day I ordered a set of two lawn mower blades and when I received my order I only received one. I sent them a message with a picture of the package and they got back to me right away like with in 24 hours I was super impressed anyway they apologized for the mixup and sent me out the other one right away. Because of that I will continue to buy from them and recommend them.

  Item came as described but the box was damaged (probably from the postal working shoving it in my mailbox instead of putting it on my porch like the delivery message says) Everything seems to be there. I’m sure it will fit as it looks like the one on my mower. I would buy from this company again.

  Ordered item shipping was delayed by the time it did Arrive package was destroyed and item was damaged. "Contacted the seller and they submitted a shipping claim and mailed out a replacement item. Replacement item arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend this seller. They stand behind their products.

  6 - 16.5 inch husqvarna lawnmower blades. Blades arrived fast and they are as described. The one complaint I have is the blades were shipped in a small box and weren't packaged very well. They arrived with the box broken open and the FedEx driver handing me a damaged open box and 3 of the blades that fell out. Not FedEx fault. The weight of the blades far exceeded what the box could handle.
