  Seller provided offer for two advertisements. Checked out on each advertisement. Seller put two items in one package. One item had a fold on the corner when packed into an envelope. Seller ignored contact about adjusting shipping since I paid for separate shipping and nothing was refunded. Seller offered to take item back rather than adjust for their mistake in shipping and not adjusting for shipping.

  We did say to please return the item and we would issue a refund, so far we have not received anything. The crease was a very minimal corner crease so it was in no way destroyed and did not cover any part of the actual image.
