Recommender seller, the item was as described. In great condition. Packaged well and competitively priced for such a rare figure. It’s not fair to fault the seller for the postage speed or cost as they had to use the eBay International Service and that’s just generally bad. So the seller is great, eBay postage not so much. The pictures nor the description showed a broken ear. Seller responded that they would consider a refund when I ship it back. First, I need more assurance than they would consider a refund. Second, I can't afford to ship it back until next paycheck. A return label could have been provided by the seller. The item was shipped in a box that was way too big and with a tiny bit of bubble wrap. But the wrap was not around the item to protect it.

Very misdirected buyer. We advised for the buyer to open up a refund. Apparently it was misunderstood as we would’ve purchased the label and taking the item back. Item was exactly as described and the exact conditioned as it was photographed nothing misleading at all this is just one example of a buyer. You’re just not going to ever make happy no matter what.
