Seller was great - I received an email as soon as I ordered to explain the postage process and make sure I knew that postage to Australia from Eastern Europe would be 3-4+ weeks. Tracking number was good until the package arrived in Switz and was then marked "Delivered" (it sat in Switz for 10 days). I re-read the sellers initial email and it explained that final stage would be Australia Post so I just changed courier in tracking app and was able to track from then on no problems.Thanks !!! A+++

Item has been stuck/lost by royal mail UK I have spoken to them today April 2 and they tell me I have to wait until April 18th to claim from seller despite them getting parcel 20th March. This is not the sellers fault however the motto of the story is never buy anything from anybody who is going to use the UK Royal Mail service as its no longer fit for purpose since privertisation. This is thousands of sellers or more no longer worth buying from if they use UK Royal Mail at ANY point in delivery

Fortunatly, and as you messaged and confirmed us after your left feedback, your order was delivered 2 days later on 4. April 2024. That's good news. Sometimes Royal Mail support isn't the best, tracking might be buggy from time to time too, but at the end of the day it is most important that every customers receives the goods he/she paid for. This said, we are happy that you received your order well in time and safe.
