The transactional process went off without a hitch… FedEx screwed up the delivery process by placing the package in the wrong parcel box…
Based on FedEx ground shipping protocols, the Seller (not the buyer) has to file a report… I informed the seller about this, and the seller did not file a package delivered but not received report with FedEx… I was left alone to figure out the situation, and finally tracked down my package - creating stress and putting me behind repair schedule…

Originally received one of the valve covers that had a corner piece broken off. Whether it was done in packaging or shipping I’m not sure.? I sent message to seller along with pictures explaining the situation. Seller responded back IMMEDIATELY and said he would ship out a replacement. The replacement got to me within 3 days of my notice to him. EXCELLENT communication and willingness to take care of the customer. 1000% would do business with again!!
