    Shipping was delayed to no fault of the sellers. It got "stuck" somewhere along the way. After the seller and I checked with our own postmasters it suddenly arrived two or three days later. Packaging was great. It is just as described. My, Love (Husband) glued the rose back on and it is good. Seller is willing to work with you on purchase and when things do not go the way they are supposed to. I HIGHLY recommend this seller. Thank you for everything.

    TV arrived DOA and physically damaged, which was not in the original posting. The TV itself was packaged very well and I personally believe this happened in transit rather than being the fault of the seller. The damage definitely points to it being tossed around during shipping. Was able to negotiate a partial refund that benefitted both of us. Would have no issue dealing with this seller again! Things happen!
