  I ordered a set of 4 engines for a modeling project I am putting together. When the package arrived, there was only 1 engine included. The next morning, at 6:32AM, I messaged the seller. He responded in 9 minutes, apologizing and stating that he would have the other 3 in the mail that day. 6 minutes later, I had a tracking number, and 3 days later, the engines arrived, well packaged and as advertised.
