    Exactly what I needed! I'm very thankful seller offers small quantities for sale with USPS First Class envelope shipping. By doing so, sourcing components for repairs/prototyping is cost-effective. I don't care for tracking info on electronics parts costing pennies - it's not worth it.

    Glass diodes shipped in a machined paper envelope. Envelopes had marks from machining over the diodes underneath. I requested a return. Seller agreed to the return and instructed to mark the unopened envelopes as "return to sender." I sent the envelopes back as instructed. After more than a month had passed, I asked for the status of the refund. No response from seller and eBay marked the return as closed the next day. I have no diodes and no refund.

    Listing clearly stated method of shipment. Buyer choose cheapest method, then complains about USPS to us. Offered for them to return as state by customer, USPS took over 3 week to return 1 of 2 envelopes, refund was issued on returned items. Asked customer to revise feedback with factual information they ignored request. Very immature actions from buyer based on their choices.
