The tracking info. access was excellent, as were the tracking details each step of the way, from Athens, Greece to final delivery to my doorstep in Omaha, Nebr., USA. The packing was exceptional to protect the glassware items in the shipment, and the pieces of glassware were in perfect, new condition even though advertised as "used." Supremely satisfied.

I'm giving five stars because I have no real complaints. However, out of the hundreds of items I bought on ebay over the years, this is the only place that has a ten day handling time. I guess it's because it's a third party dealer. Also, items are listed as new, but no original box? What's up with that? Items were packed well, but you would think there would be a manufacturer box not just thrown into a US mail shipping box.
