    Brilliant seller, item as described, super responsive and posted immediately for us so we could receive the item before a birthday we were buying for. Alan also provided a spare cover he had to put around the racket which was not included in the item description so the packaging was extra secure and so the item didn’t get damaged. Scanner was shipped with Transport Lock set to on. Item arrived as described and functioned. Downloaded Windows 10 driver and used Vuescan.
