  Well packed. Took a while to get because of customs inspection (but wasn't charged any extra fees). A little disappointed because description said that the pattern was a cyclamen--it was a water lily. (I don't think there was any deception; I can understand the confusion.) The price and shipping were a bit high; however, the seller did come down a little. It is a cute set--just not what I thought it would be.

  The product came on time, but it came broken. After sending the seller the pictures of it, she immediately refunded me fully for it, which I greatly appreciate, although I would have preferred to have the product intact to be able to use it. This seller is trustworthy, but maybe shhould use bubble wrap to insure that anything that is delicate is delivered intact/ well.
