It was missing a battery cable but thats an easy mistake as it probably assumed a replacement battery would have it. paid $10 for the cable. shipping was fast and packaging was well done. laptop came very closely as described.     Graphics card was nicely packaged and shipped quickly. After down loading the appropriate drivers the computer runs like it did when it was first new. I had ordered a similar item from another seller....no communications were ever answered. Product was never shipped. I was frustrated with eBay but then they fostered a refund.
