  My plushies were packaged perfectly. Took a bit longer to get here than expected, but I'm very happy it arrived. It is unfortunate that the product images and description weren't accurate, only one of the plushies arrived with its tag despite the images showing both had tags, which is why I bought from this seller. Overall I'm just happy to add these to my collection. Thank you so much!

  I originally ordered the set of 2 mugs but was notified by the seller there was an issue with the said product due to unforseen circumstances. However the seller was able to send one new and undamaged mug and refund the other half of my payment. The mug arrived in excellent condition and is a quality Le Creuset product.

  I received the package with a card containing my favorite Pokemon and it was in perfect condition! This card is so much prettier in person, and it was reasonably priced. I appreciate the little note from the seller that came with the package as well as the mini gift!   I was amazed that this precious vintage item arrived without any damage from across the world, especially considering it was 20 degrees Fahrenheit when it arrived. But the packaging was great and the item is exactly as described. It shipped very quickly too. I would buy from this seller again.
