They appear to be quality vinyl and the seller communicated with me about the product on multiple occasions. Very nice to deal with.   Got the decal very fast and it looks amazing in person. It came in good shape and it was worth the price. Looks very well made and will do business again, I will tell others about purchasing there decals from this store because the quality it very well done and looks just like the picture.
