    Shipping was as expected. Packaging was great. However, the item was NOT as described. It was specified that the item was sealed, but it was in fact opened and missing parts of the original packaging. The item appeared to have been unused. Still, no complaints because I could have reached out and inquired and I just didn't, so that's my own fault. The seller did include a "thank you" note, which was very much appreciated, so I would still call this a 5-star experience.

    Shipping speed and communication was great. Packaging was not what I expected! It was listed as new and the item came in a Fed Ex box only. It was a gift and I expected it to be in the original Hallmark packaging as it was listed as a Hallmark item. Disappointed with that. I expected a Hallmark presentation box for this gift. Other than that I'm happy😊

    This yeti arrived in perfect condition. Even though you can’t buy these new from the stores anymore, it looks like it just came out of the factory. These particular Koozies are great for my 8 ounce Gatorade Zeros. It was very thoughtfully packaged and arrived in good time. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
