Items shown to arrive March 2-16. Tracking number provided no information, only "error". Seller never provided a tracking number that would show me any updates. It is now 3/25 and my item still has not arrived, seller only tells me to wait longer. I have asked for US courier name numerous times and seller will not provide. I asked for refund and seller just told me to wait longer. I will never purchase from this seller again and suggest you find a more reliable seller, terrible experience.

Beautiful guitar, unfortunately damaged during shipping. Packaging seemed like it should have been enough, but somehow rhere was still damage. Seller was understanding, highly communicative and we came to a resolution. I've since been able to repair it and couldn't be happier.
