  When is purchased these Struts in description it doesn't say fwd or awd just fits my vechile it wasn't untill it said shipped and I tried to cancel shipment didn't allow had to wait till arrived. Started a return after messaging the seller and didn't get a response didntbhave the option to change the reason for return so contacted ebay,was told to wait 48hrs and if no response to call again did so and the agent told me had to pay for shipping.Not satisfied at all

  it is very clear that our this struts is for Fwd in our list , you never asked cancel order after you made order , We will ask Ebay to check the message between us and ask them to remove this native feedback. because you placed wrong order, so the Ebay ask you should pay the return fee, pls do not give us one bad feedback if you need pay the return fee.
