    The seller promised to replace broken ornaments. I have never received them. Four of the ones listed that I was buying were not in the package. I have not heard from the seller after contacting her about the missing ornaments. They were also shipped in a bubble envelop instead of a box.

    Yes you have heard from me. If you had not I wouldn't have sent replacement ornaments. Not very patient, they are on the way. I hope you will change this review once you receive ornaments.

    I reached out before purchase with an inquiry about the length of a curtain panel. Seller never responded. Listing said it was 102 , photo of the tag said 108 . I decided to buy the item, despite no response. The seller received my order and shipped promptly. The panel is only 101 tall and not 108 . I would advise giving a more clear description for an item when it is evident the item was altered. The seller did reach out to resolve my concerns. I ve figured out a way to make the item work.
