  l have not gotten a shipping update in over a week. l asked them to put a tracer on the package and did not get any type of response from them. As the item is over a week overdue l feel l have been more than patient in giving them enough time to remedy this issue and they seem not to care. l now want a full refund so l can get these items some place else. l will never buy from them again. Sad to run a business this way.
