Idler arm is as described. Unfortunately with the switching from Fed Ex to USPS delivery it ended up at the wrong place and although eBay said it was delivered at 11:49 AM it didn't show up until late evening. I don't even know who ended up delivering it. Switching from one carrier to USPS mid-stream is a challenge for them to get right. The idler arm seems to be of high quality and it is a good value.
