Auction was for 3 stick on rings and the seller only sent 1. I notified the seller that I only received the one and they replied "Sorry". I said ok but how are you going to fix this? Will you mail me my other two rings or give me a partial refund? Either method would be acceptable. They said return the one ring for a full refund. That was annoying and a time waster, so I feel that shipping one ring wasn't a mistake.
